
Lead Client Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to drive key client accounts forward. This exciting role involves forming and maintaining professional relationships, managing contract closures and renewals, and playing a key role in clients' success.
This fast-paced position requires an individual who is proactive, has a go-getter attitude, and can stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 5-10 client accounts.
- Develop executive relationships country-level with clients' leadership.
- Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Capture partnership, revenue growth, and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Pitch relevant services to clients.
- Identify and develop go-to-market strategies for new markets.
- Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being delivered on time.
- Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
