Key Job Responsibilities

The Proposal Specialist role involves preparing comprehensive proposals for strategic clients, encompassing portfolio solutions, cost estimates, and descriptions based on agreed solution design principles. This specialist will work closely with the pursuit team to ensure all elements of the proposed solution are addressed and documented.

Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical specifications, collaborating with Solution Architects and bid managers to architect solutions and procurement strategies, and engaging with team SMEs to build resale requirements.

  • Develop and present detailed solution costing for management reporting and client submission.
  • Rendertitle customs support to Sales and provide follow-up on commercial and technical clarifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a pursuit team to ensure high-quality proposal submissions that meet client specifications.

Desirable qualifications include a strong understanding of industrial process controls, safety, SCADA, PLC, and resale-related systems, as well as experience creating proposals for strategic global clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control & Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven success in proposals generation.
