Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and Staff related challenges.

They will act as the main point of contact for our Staffs and Sales Team, driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
  • Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
  • Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices for the team.
  • Directly interact with the store staffs, implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
  • Catch the individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years' of retail relationship experience. Preferably from Large format Business;
  • Ability to manage big teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Should be able to converse in Hindi and English.

This role requires travel across the country for staff meetings.
