Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing significant global events and escalations, ensuring the integrity of our catalog and product listings ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting teams in investigating, managing, and resolving high-impact incidents and escalations. They will also execute program strategy to enhance customer trust and protect brand owners.

A key aspect of this role will be drafting and presenting deep-dive reports, including responses to senior executives and Correction of Errors (COE) documents. Additionally, the candidate will analyze existing policy and process gaps, developing and implementing solutions to close them.

Other responsibilities include managing and owning projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including data analysis and collaboration with external teams. The ideal candidate will also monitor media and global events to anticipate and mitigate potential risks, using data-driven insights to prevent issues before they arise.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant areas such as law, customer service, investigations, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and succinctly.
  • Ability to move quickly and decisively to resolve incidents.
  • Analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-departmental teams.
