Senior Leadership Role in Risk and Compliance

The role of Head of RC CoE IWPB, ASP And MENAT is a senior leadership position within the Risk and Compliance Centre of Excellence.

  • Directing the global RC CoE team to support the global IWPB business and regional operations.
  • Leading the RC CoE advisory teams and propositions on a global basis.
  • Partnering with the Site Lead to contribute and execute on shared objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively managing the global CoE team to ensure service standards are met with quality assurance outcomes.
  • Representing RC CoE teams in relevant forums and committees.
  • Leading robust management of services control environment.
  • Providing RC advice on material matters as a risk steward.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in risk management in banking or financial services.
  • Experience of leading large global teams across jurisdictions.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to build connections and collaborate across boundaries.

This role requires a strong navigator and promoter of challenging status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mindset.
