Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Risk Manager to lead the end-to-end credit lifecycle across our credit and lending programs. Our mission is to bridge the credit gap in India and enable seamless credit for everyone at lowest cost, thereby empowering more Indians to fulfill their aspirational consumption needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting risk policy, providing oversight of the credit issuance process, continual portfolio risk assessment and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Develop underwriting and risk management frameworks and models across different credit products - Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), Personal Loans, and Small Business Loans.
  • Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Continually assess portfolio credit risk through in-depth customer cohort analysis.
  • Monitoring macro-economic risks and recommending necessary course of action.
  • Developing a comprehensive Risk Appetite Framework across Credit risk, Liquidity risk, Market risk, Compliance risk, and Operational Risk.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory guidelines and statutory framework particularly with respect to digital lending.
