Our team is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Oversight Specialist to lead our risk treatment practices. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining risk treatment practices across lines of defense, ensuring adherence through training and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing issues remediation and policy exceptions, ensuring timely and effective resolution. They will also produce thematic analysis to support proactive risk management strategies and collaborate with Data/Tech and Risk Enablement teams for risk aggregation and reporting models.

We are looking for a strong leader who can foster proactive risk treatment practices and drive change across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will develop strong stakeholder relationships and alignment on key risk initiatives and communicate effectively with senior leaders and committees, reporting on risk treatment and management activities.

\Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Central Issues Management Team to foster proactive risk treatment practices.
  • Manage issues remediation and policy exceptions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Produce thematic analysis to support proactive risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with Data/Tech and Risk Enablement teams for risk aggregation and reporting models.
