The Account Integrity team is seeking a senior leader to head the Risk Mining team. This role involves managing a team of risk specialists and analysts, leading process improvements initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide leadership direction to risk specialists and analysts in managing day-to-day activities">
  • Develop and execute the Risk Mining analyst charter">
  • Navigate an ever-changing risk environment and focus on long-term strategic initiatives">
  • Provide high-severity event support for Risk Mining WW">
  • Start a new charter for incorporating downstream signals from Fraud and Abuse teams">
  • Lead and manage talent reviews for direct teams">
  • Write quarterly business reviews">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree">
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in risk or fraud investigations, risk management, regulatory compliance, e-commerce, analytics, or security">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a small to medium-sized team">
  • Strong management skills with a proven track record of building and grooming top-performing teams">
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic visions">
  • Ability to drive cross-functional projects">
  • Basic SQL and intermediate to advanced Excel skills">

About the Team:

The Risk Analysts and Risk Mining Specialists team evaluates instances of organized bad actor account takeovers and creation of fraudulent accounts on our platform. We collaborate closely across multiple functions to mitigate these attacks through various short- and long-term solutions.
