As a key professional in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our global compliance and governance efforts. This position requires strategic leadership, project delivery expertise, and the ability to drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will support members worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations and providing them with the necessary resources and tools.
  • Develop and enhance our compliance tools and resources to address industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, ensuring that all stakeholders are adequately informed and equipped.
  • Liaise with external providers to facilitate due diligence initiatives and maintain open communication channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to champion Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, promoting responsible business practices within ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks.
Project Management
  • You will engage with various stakeholders, including German Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), trade associations, training partners, and compliance specialists, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate the development of customized training materials, workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
  • Implement operational plans for workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms, focusing on SMEs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to internal learning, external communications, and donor reporting, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks is crucial for success in this role.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders is vital.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with familiarity with e-learning tools being an asset.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to our organization's core values of integrity, leadership, and respect are essential.
