Job Title: Global Compliance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Compliance Manager to oversee our global compliance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple operations teams supporting multiple categories, enabling a reliable and operationally effective flow of products across borders and satisfying internal customers worldwide.

  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of Compliance Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Strategize and drive compliance managers to execute procedures on work received, estimate time on new jobs received, check accuracy and quality of classification done, and ensure associates' time records are maintained accurately.
  • Ensure Operational goals are met.
  • Manage a team of around 60-70 associates and have 3-4 compliance managers reporting into you.

  • Attract talent, make right hiring decisions, onboard, and continuously develop the team.
  • Deliver business goals for processes handled.
  • Drive Operational goals for respective business functions measured under Cycle Time, Productivity, Quality, and Cost metrics.
  • Mentor and guide Quality lead and Process Expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency, minimize variation, and conceptualize, design, deliver trainings to the team.

Responsibilities include taking part in planning, organizing, and directing the work of Compliance Managers and SMEs, strategizing and driving compliance managers to execute procedures, ensuring operational goals are met, and managing a team of associates with 3-4 compliance managers reporting into you. Key performance areas include attracting talent, delivering business goals, driving operational goals, and mentoring quality leads and process experts. We require candidates with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

This role requires a high level of expertise in managing complex operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in implementing process improvements. A master's degree in Business Administration or related field is highly desirable. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
