Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology, providing strategic guidance and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess client needs and challenges, and deliver expert recommendations and solutions.
  • Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet client needs, driving business value and growth.
  • Foster professional growth and knowledge sharing through direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems, proposing effective strategies for improvement.
  • Select and recommend technology vendors, products, and services that best meet organizational needs, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD in a technical field expected.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • 5+ years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions required.
  • Oracle Planning Cloud (previously PBCS or EPBCS) experience preferred.
  • Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud experience preferred.
  • Oracle Data Management or FDMEE experience desired.
  • Smart View experience required.
  • Narrative Reporting experience desired.
  • Essbase 21c (on prem or cloud) experience preferred.
  • Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) experience.
