Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our technology strategy.

We are looking for a highly-skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can drive innovation and growth in the technological sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the technological agenda in senior management meetings, overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, and making key decisions to align the company with its vision for its technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Overseeing the development and deployment of all technological services.
  • Making executive decisions on behalf of the companys technological requirements.
  • Mentoring team members to utilize their skills and be more productive.
  • Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and spearheading projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP.
  • Aiding in the delivery of IT projects to the market.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in computer science or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of working in a technological role.
  • 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven project management and organization skills.
  • Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to delegate efficiently.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Extensive industry knowledge with a futuristic eye.
