As we scale, we need a seasoned technology leader to guide our technology strategy and oversee the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.

Job Overview

The Senior Technology Leader will work closely with the founding team to provide strategic technology leadership, ensure robust architecture decisions, and oversee execution with lean resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the tech roadmap for the 0–1 journey of the company.
  • Oversee the design and development of the LMS platform and integrations.
  • Evaluate and onboard the right technology stack, tools, and vendors.
  • Build and mentor an initial tech/product team.
  • Advise on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features for learner experience.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms (preferably in Edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech).
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fractional / part-time capacity, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
