Job Title: Process Developer - Accounts Payable

We are seeking professionals with experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing/Accounting/ERP to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries to ensure timely payment of these invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions for the invoices and releasing them for payment.
  • Demonstrate basic accounts payable process concepts, including 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN, etc.
  • Understand nuances of India AP aspects.
  • Process India import invoices, checking Bill of Entry, packing list before posting.
  • Be aware of TDS applicable on service expense incurred in foreign currency.
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via emails/tickets within agreed SLA.
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date, etc.
  • Maintain a tracker of exceptions and ensure invoices/queries are balanced based on exception tracker.
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
  • Independently perform transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.
  • Follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets) to solve hold invoices as per AP guidelines.
  • Ensure internal compliance policy and guideline established by management on daily operational activities.
  • Perform daily internal audit to ensure all invoices/queries are balanced as per guidelines.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Significant work experience.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in India-related Stat requirements.
  • Ability to process using SAP ERP.
