Job Title: Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting complex complaint investigations and ensuring the quality of all complaint records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate Complex Complaints: Conduct thorough investigations into complex complaints, identifying root causes and developing corrective actions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that complaint records meet regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Evaluate Corrective Actions: Assess the effectiveness of corrective actions, ensuring they address the underlying issues and prevent future problems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively in a matrixed environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Quality Management or related field, or Bachelor's degree with significant experience.
  • Proven track record in quality and manufacturing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
