Job Title: Tax Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a US tax professional to handle tax penalty abatements, compliance issues, and IRS/state tax resolutions.

The role involves resolving tax fines, filing abatement requests, negotiating with tax agencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of US tax laws, penalty relief programs, and filing regulations.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and resolving tax penalties issued by the IRS, state, and local tax agencies.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, along with 1-5 years of experience in US tax compliance, penalty resolution, or tax processing.

Familiarity with tax software such as Drake, TurboTax, and ProSeries, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, is also necessary.

This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
