Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including documentation and induction processes.
  • Plan and execute team-building initiatives to boost morale and strengthen company culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as online database management and coordinating with central teams.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Provide support on performance discussions, feedback sessions, and team dynamics for a small group of employees.
  • Help foster and promote the company's core values and inclusive culture across the office.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing HR or related studies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and approachable individual.
  • Comfortable working in an office setting every day.
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
