Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger: Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintain accurate records.
  2. Generate and send invoices: Prepare and distribute invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner.
  3. Follow up on overdue payments: Utilize various communication channels to resolve payment discrepancies.
  4. Reconcile customer accounts: Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of customer records.
  5. Prepare aging reports: Generate and provide regular updates to management.
  6. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams: Resolve billing issues and ensure seamless communication.
  7. Maintain accurate records: Document all transactions and collections for auditing purposes.
  8. Assist with month-end closing and audit processes: Support the accounting team in completing these tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
