Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivable Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and resolving any discrepancies in invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire O2C cycle including billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate and delivered on time as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze client contracts to prevent any potential issues in invoicing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone to collect overdue payments.
  • Record customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tax) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage collections in line with contract TATs.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports for collections.
  • Raise payment release requests to Treasury for salary disbursements to associates.
  • Conduct client visits as required.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and best practices.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
