Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company growth plans.
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
Performance & Development
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or related field, with 5–8 years of experience in HR, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams is required. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
