Job Title:

A Human Resources Business Partner is required to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a happy and productive workplace where everyone works together to achieve our mission and objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to drive growth and success. This includes managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and build a strong team, as well as overseeing and managing performance appraisals and pay plans.

Additionally, the HR Manager will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. This includes assessing training needs, applying and monitoring training programs to improve skills and knowledge, and maintaining compliance throughout human resource management to mitigate risk and protect the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
