The Chief Executive Officer's right-hand person is required to provide top-notch administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management

Manage the CEO's schedule by booking meetings, updating digital calendars, and reviewing daily tasks.

  • Coordinate daily meetings with senior team members.
  • Update digital calendars with meeting details and review them with the CEO regularly.
  • Prepare and update task lists on a daily basis.
Email and Communication Support

Draft email responses as needed and facilitate online approvals for business-related activities.

  • Compose emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
  • Process online approvals for purchase orders, travel plans, and other business matters.
Meeting Coordination and Logistics

Assist with arranging meetings, greet visitors, and coordinate with the CEO to complete scheduled events.

  • Meet and greet visitors on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize logistics for conferences and business meetings.
Research and Database Management

Conduct research on various business-related topics and maintain databases of contacts and their information.

  • Research technology items, gadgets, gifts, and other business-related topics.
  • Manage databases of contacts and their contact information for both professional and personal use.
Financial and Property Support

Provide assistance with personal banking, investments, and residential property matters.

  • Support with personal banking, investments, and residential property-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
