We are seeking a skilled Resource Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive efficiency and productivity.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with business leads to ensure effective allocation of resources to client projects, as well as identifying opportunities for business development and internal initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable with staffing analytics and able to maintain data integrity within systems that support resource and project management decisions.

The Resource Optimization Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships across the wider resource management community to share resources and optimize overall productivity.
  • Monitoring and communicating current and near-term delivery capacity.
  • Maintaining resource management data integrity within systems.
  • Supporting on reporting of metrics and analytics to business leads using various systems and dashboards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent team-based interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated determination, diplomacy, and resilience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of life science knowledge is desirable but not essential.
