We are seeking a seasoned Resource Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive resourcing plans to effectively meet project deliverables and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management, workforce planning, or talent allocation within a relevant industry environment. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

In addition, they will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive resourcing plans to effectively meet project deliverables and organizational goals.
  • Strategically leverage a blend of internal talent, third-party contractors, and external partners to ensure optimal project staffing and flexibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of resource revenue forecasting.
  • Identify potential gaps or surpluses in resource availability and proactively develop solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent allocation within a relevant industry environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in resource management software and advanced Excel skills.
