Resource Management Associate
Job DescriptionThis is a highly responsible role that will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically. The Resource Management Associate will be responsible for a range of activities, including but not limited to, pre-staffing process, change management in Workday, consulting with project support and scope owners, monitoring incidents/large projects/potential issues proactively, audit and review of resource plan and forecast in Workday and incidents in ServiceNow, implementing new data audit methodologies and processes as directed by Resource Management, ensuring transparency in communication during an escalation, documenting the resolution, and following up with scope owners and stakeholders to ensure the implemented solution is working effectively.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the pre-staffing process -
- Monitor incidents/large projects/potential issues proactively
- Conduct periodic audits of resource plan and forecast in Workday and incidents in ServiceNow to ensure quality standards.
- Implement and drive new data audit methodologies and processes as directed by Resource Management
- Ensure transparency in communication during an escalation and keep relevant stakeholders informed of the steps being taken to resolve it.
This position requires a minimum 3-5 years' experience working in Resource Management/Shared Services/Business Operations. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations is required. Understanding of Resource Management processes, ability to effectively communicate across all levels to address challenges, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience in ServiceNow are highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 yrs experience working in Resource Management / Shared Services / Business Operations
- Bachelor s degree required preferably in Business or Operations
- Understanding of Resource Management processes
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels to address challenges.
