We have a unique opportunity for a Sales Consultant - Career Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.

This role involves calling the leads provided in the CRM, understanding their requirements of career up-skilling, and pitching the right course as per their needs.

The ideal candidate will consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads
  • FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS AND CONDUCTING RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL PROSPECTS

The successful candidate can expect an organic growth to become Team Lead within three months based on performance.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of sales experience (only Edtech background to be considered).
