Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Academic Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Academic Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales counseling to students regarding Admissions and Test Prep products.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of test prep courses, educational systems, and country-specific requirements. They will be responsible for managing the sales funnel, ensuring timely updates, and follow-ups with students. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales counseling to students regarding Admissions and Test Prep products
  • Manage the sales funnel, including updating enquiries, solving student queries, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals
  • Responsible for complete sales lifecycle management, from initial contact to enrolment
  • Maintain accurate client information and update records in a timely manner
  • Monitor and follow up on creation of schedules and operational tasks at all locations
  • Be proactive in reviewing information on various courses, colleges, test prep products, application process, deadlines, Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of test prep courses, educational systems, and country-specific requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is 200,000.90 - 400,000.23 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
