We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading conversion, customer interaction, market expertise, follow-up, collaboration, and data management.

Job Description:

Operations Associate

The Operations Associate will work closely with the Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
