About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Employment Law expert to join our team in a high-visibility role. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in labour laws, strong client advisory skills, and the ability to lead high-impact mandates across sectors.

This is a fast-paced, advisory-heavy environment where you will thrive as a professional who takes the lead on complex employment law matters including compliance, advisory, investigations, and contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment and labour law issues, including employment contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters;
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary;
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements;
  • Stay abreast of developments in Indian employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise junior associates in the practice.
Candidate Profile:
  • LL.B. from a reputed Indian law school;
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department;
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments;
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills;
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent client-handling skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments independently and under deadlines.
