
Strategic Enrollment Manager

This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to attract high-quality students from across the nation and internationally.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student enrollment year-over-year.
- Organize campus tours for potential students and their parents to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Office to organize exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents at the campus and other locations.
- Execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
- Engage with school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide potential students with information about academic programs.
- Support Marketing in creating promotional materials like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, and hoardings.
- Supervise staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to perform at their best.
- Ensure adequate hospitality extended to parents and students during the admission process.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree holder with professional certifications as an added advantage.
- At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in student enrollment and outreach.
- Previous work experience with educational institutions is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member.
