About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Planning and Performance Manager.

As part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the planning and performance cycle in the People function.

This includes managing budgets, providing valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making, tracking targets, and productivity.

In addition, you will be responsible for target setting and cascading for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the ZBB process, including policy adherence, reviews, and management.
  • Leading the 3YP, 1YP, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Providing deep analysis and recommendations on budget breakdowns by various cuts.
  • Applying organization design principles to optimize structure design.
  • Collaborating with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs in the people team.
  • Implementing Target Setting and Appraisal Process in sync with global processes.
  • Defining tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the people team.
  • Benchmarking best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Fostering a high-performance mindset and culture.
