- Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, we focus on R&D, manufacture, sales, and service of renewable energy & electric drive products.
We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service bases, and sales and service centers in various countries.
The position is for an engineer to provide technical support and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete product on-site technical support and remote technical support work, supporting product debugging, maintenance, and modification.
- Troubleshoot products on-site and guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
- Manage spare parts, tracking and management of spare parts to ensure normal operation.
- Maintain customer relationships through normal communication and organizing feedback on customer opinions.
- Learn and understand the working principle of our products, familiarize with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, providing simple training to customers.
- Comply with company rules and report work on time.
Requirements:
- English as a working language
- A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action
- Working experience in the energy storage industry, with central PCS or BESS experience preferred
