Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a real impact in the field.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills. They will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various tools and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Azure Cloud: Elastic pool, SQL, Application Gateway, API Management (APIM), Key Vaults, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), VMSS (Virtual Machine Scale Sets), VM
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker
  • Monitoring and Observability: New Relic / Splunk / AWS Cloud Watch
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
