Job Title: Strategic Design Director

About the Role:

The Business Manager - Design will lead a team of designers in managing and overseeing projects, focusing on timely completion and high-quality output.

This strategic role requires effective project management skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team of designers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.
  • Lead and manage design discussions to drive creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Train designers on technical details as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
