Strategic Customer Experience Director

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Strategic Customer Experience Director. The position will be responsible for managing customer interactions, relationship building, sales, project execution, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through seamless engagement and timely issue resolution
  • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets by fostering strong client relationships and driving growth initiatives
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure successful delivery, meeting client expectations, and exceeding performance metrics
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive company growth
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in customer experience, account management, and sales with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Sales and business development expertise with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
  • Project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Experience in B2B customer service with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
