Product Management Director

Job Description

As a seasoned Product Management Director, you will oversee the product strategy and execution of our CX portfolio. This includes working with development teams to drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery.

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.

Key responsibilities include establishing strategic clarity for product differentiation, creating well-defined major release roadmaps, and ensuring timely launch readiness.

Additionally, you will measure ongoing adoption, identify and address barriers to upgrades, and lead cross-functional adoption activities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven background and in-depth knowledge of customer experience platforms such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of using Aha or similar Product Management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Product Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with sales and development teams is essential.
  • Understanding and/or demonstrated experience of how to infuse AI/ML into a marketing product in a meaningful way.
