Job Title: Global Customer Experience Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the development of world-class customer support functions for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer support specialists across multiple locations and time zones
  • Manage L1/L2 teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Drive resolution of escalated issues, troubleshoot platform problems, and optimize support KPIs
  • Design and implement support SLAs, SOPs, and QA metrics to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor NPS scores and initiate continuous improvement initiatives to boost customer retention
  • Develop a customer-centric approach to foster loyalty and advocacy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support strategies with business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing customer support teams

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer support or related roles for SaaS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing global enterprise accounts, preferably in US and EMEA regions
  • Familiarity with DevOps and SaaS support ecosystems
  • Excellent English communication and escalation management skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
