Job Title: Design Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Design Director to lead our marketing design unit.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of world-class creative assets, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive financial outlook for design services, balancing quality and profitability.
  • Deliver high-quality marketing materials (email designs, banners, ads, digital creatives) that meet brand standards.
  • Drive client retention by ensuring design excellence and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Support upsell opportunities by identifying and pitching design-related enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 5-8 years in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets.
  • Experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
  • Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills; ability to translate business needs into compelling design solutions.
