Digital Design Director

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Design Director to spearhead the development of user-centered digital experiences.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in UX strategy, visual design, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Experience Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and market trends.
- Visual Design and Branding:
- Lead the creation of visually appealing and consistent digital designs that reflect the organization's brand identity.
- Ensure the use of appropriate colour schemes, typography, and visual elements to enhance the user experience.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of digital designers.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative design team.
- User Research and Testing:
- Conduct usability evaluations and heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and propose design improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Design Systems and Guidelines:
- Establish and maintain a design system that provides reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Promote consistency and efficiency in design implementation across products and platforms.
