
Senior Business Partner

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering high-impact HR solutions, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and fostering a culture of high performance. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement innovative HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
2. Collaborate closely with leadership to develop organizational design and culture that supports business objectives.
3. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
4. Develop and execute talent development initiatives to ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands.
5. Partner with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively, resulting in significant improvements in employee retention and engagement.
6. Work closely with leaders to enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives, including performance management systems and capability-building interventions.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, leveraging effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) and interventions to drive high performance.
8. Align new employees with the organization's culture and work ethic, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
9. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance overall performance and engagement.
10. Implement people initiatives that drive employee motivation and retention.

1. Strong influence and partnership skills, enabling effective collaboration across various levels of the organization.
2. Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
3. Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
