Job Title: Production Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. If you have a passion for numbers, trends, and process optimization, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor order status, manage team calendars, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Review production artworks and oversee UPC ticket approvals.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documents for warehousing and accounting purposes.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes and propose solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail or manufacturing merchandising is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis (SQL/BI tools an asset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detailed-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
