Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automated Clearing House Project Lead to spearhead our ACH initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ACH domain knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end project management for ACH clearing house initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring minimal disruption to payment processing and clearing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integration, testing, and validation of ACH and check clearing file formats.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and resolve issues.
  • Conduct impact assessments, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
  • Track project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Drive process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of ACH domain knowledge and relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
