
Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 8-12 years of experience to drive growth initiatives and manage sales for our solar business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in industrial B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to structure solutions in complex situations.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through product presentations and various channels. Lead pre-sales and business development efforts to meet targets.
- Customer & Sales Management: Conduct product demos, lead new product launches, and assess customer requirements to provide effective solutions. Drive Value-Selling initiatives to improve product volume growth and increase the share of wallet (SOW).
- Strategy & Planning: Deliver on sales, pricing, and payment collection for your territory. Consolidate full technical offers for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects and ensure your Sales Funnel is consistently updated.
- Collaboration & Communication: Leverage SFDC as a key growth tool and collaborate with various functions, including service, supply chain, product management, and marketing, to drive business growth.
- Education: A B.Tech degree with an MBA in Sales/Marketing from a premier institute is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years of commercial experience and 6 years of industrial B2B sales in allied sectors such as solar, instrumentation, or automation. You must also have 3-5 years of experience with a renowned CRM system like SFDC, Oracle, or SAP.
