Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated business professional to spearhead sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new clients, manage relationships, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across traditional channels, organize events/tastings, and represent the brand enthusiastically at trade shows, food festivals, and promotional events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with strong problem-solving skills.
