Overview


  • We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts.

J Key Responsibilities


  • To manage direct customer sourcing through contact centers and open markets, pitching business loan products and building a quality portfolio for growth.
  • Oversee marketing, sales, and brand-building activities to attract new customers in their respective regions.
  • Meting with customers, negotiating, and explaining the Business Loan product, completing documentation and closing transactions.
  • Pursue pre- and post-loan disbursal activities for business loans, aiming at retaining clients.
  • Control and expand distribution networks, conducting marketing, sales, and brand-building activities to attract new customers.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly and provide feedback to superiors.
  • Collaborate with support functions for optimal Time-to-Achieve (TAT) and service delivery.
  • Cultivate customer-centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.
