Job ProfileThe Business Growth Manager is a pivotal role where an ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, achieving revenue targets, and developing relationships with existing/new agents through strategic sales initiatives.

- Driving business growth and achieving volume and revenue targets for the category.
- Leading projects, creating stellar marketing operations, crafting and executing sales strategies, and managing high-performing teams.

- Defining metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals, and measure success of the reporting teams.
- Collaborating with the Analytics team to drive business growth by analyzing data and monitoring relevant market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced startups.
- Prior experience in leading sales teams.
- Experience in P&L ownership and business strategy.
- Deep understanding of market trends and competition.
