The Territory Sales Officer plays a pivotal role in expanding the distribution network within their assigned territory. This involves strategic management of the existing dealer network to meet daily requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- To expand the distribution network by securing new dealers and developing business relationships.
- Manage the present dealer network effectively, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Meet daily targets by getting orders from dealers as per assigned quotas.
- Collect payments promptly and maintain outstanding balances at a minimum.
- Ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers, fostering transparency and trust.
- Maintain accurate accounts clarity with dealers through regular updates and analysis.
- Expand the network by identifying and onboarding new dealers.
- Develop field initiatives, including sign board installation and painter meets, to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Keep dealers informed about new schemes, target products, and market developments.
- Regularly engage with influencers such as architects, contractors, housing societies, painters, and other key stakeholders for business growth opportunities.
- Guarantee optimal product visibility at counters, creating an engaging customer experience.
- Submit daily CRM reports, providing insights into sales performance and territorial coverage.
- Achieve targeted weighted reach and numeric reach goals within the assigned territory.
