A leading ISO manufacturing company of industrial coatings ,adhesives and release agents is looking for outlet sales manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in Paints and Industrial Coatings, located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also coordinate with the technical team to understand and communicate product specifications and features to clients, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will prepare sales reports, track market trends, and provide feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in Paints and Industrial Coatings industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and develop client relationships
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product details
- Analytical skills to track market trends and sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
