Urban Trash is a fast-growing waste aggregator startup based in Kochi. We provide sustainable waste management solutions for apartments, villas, offices, and institutions. Our mission is to make waste management simple, efficient, and eco-friendly by combining on-ground operations with smart systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting sales presentations, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include client visits, pitching subscription plans, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with the marketing team to grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients (apartments, villas, offices, institutions).
- Promote Urban Trash's subscription waste collection services.
- Meet monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience (B2B/B2C, field sales preferred).
- Experience in client relationship management & cold calling.
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in sales/CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in waste management or environmental services is an added advantage.

- Salary: ₹25,000/month + incentives
