Junior Product Owner/Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as the bridge between the Product Manager and the delivery team, translating business needs into actionable deliverables and ensuring smooth, timely execution.

About This Role

This role involves collaborating with the Product Manager to define requirements and priorities, creating, refining, and maintaining the product backlog aligned with business goals, managing Jira boards, tracking sprint progress, and supporting agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage Jira boards, track sprint progress, and support agile ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders for requirement clarity and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of capital markets or investment banking.
  • Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar agile project management tools.
  • Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
